Status on Our Current Building

We remain in the “Due Diligence” phase of the building and property sale through July 31st. The prospective buyers have requested some additional information and we have provided such. All indications are they have all the information needed to continue with the sale. We continue to affirm they have found our building and property as the right and perfect place in which to manifest their dreams.

Once the Due Diligence has ended, we can expect to sign the settlement or closing documents on Wednesday, August 30th. We will then sign a lease for our new space the following day.

As I’ve mentioned before, we’ll have 60 days in which to move into our new space. The current tenant will also need time to vacate the space. Once the space is vacant, our general contractor will need a couple of weeks for some minor construction and painting.

As it stands right now, we can plan to relocate into our new space in mid-October.

I want to thank Julie Turner for her work in scanning sheet music and documents, Micky, Bernard, and Barbara (Harris) spent considerable time in sorting and packing furnishings in various closets and storage rooms.

How You Can Help

One of the best ways to help is to participate in the “What’s Next” sessions, scheduled for July 30th and August 20th. We have our “Why” – “We love and accept ourselves and others and heal our world”, and the 5 “How’s we engage to manifest our “Why”: “Living authentically with patience, kindness and integrity”; “Inspire and support our spiritual evolution”; “listen and honor all voices”; “Embody Truth principles”; and “Connect and collaborate with local organizations”.

Our “What” includes the actions, activities, and events that we engage in manifesting our “How”. This is where we want and need your participation – our spiritual community in hosting, sponsoring, and participating in identifying these “What’s” which encourage others of like minds to join us. I affirm you’ll participate in this planning process.

Should you have any questions, please ask me.
